Super sunshiny September

Greetings from a garden bench where I'm enjoying some rare and wonderful sunshine! I have to write this quickly in the hope that our summery September continues...

What a month already...just as my knees were turning blue and I had hauled out my winter clothing...ta-dah! Summer decided to make an appearance (you can thank me later). So it's back on with the sandals, sunscreen, straw hat and, of course, lashings of sparkling silver.

My jewellery is currently showing as part of the Secret Severn Art Trail in Footprints Gallery, the main exhibition space, and at the open studio space of Jan Park Art. The show is positively basking in this glorious sunshine and runs until Sunday 12th September, so do swing by if you can.

And...on Saturday 11th September (my most handsome brother’s birthday) I will be in Shrewsbury's beautiful main square with Made in Shropshire. Crossing fingers for continuing lovely sunny days...

AND from Monday 13th to Sunday 26 September I am thrilled to be the “Featured Artist” at The Artist Gallery in Ludlow. It is a fabulous gallery and a wonderful area to visit if you are in the vicinity. I do hope you can make it.

Phew! As you can see, it's been a whirl of activity over here at Sue Chadwick Towers, juggling alllll the balls, and events a go-go.

In the meantime, the surrounding fields are having a much needed haircut and are being bailed into wonderfully neat rectangles. I'm loving my delicious evening walks of gathering Shropshire plums, wild berries and apples (hello, apple-of-my-eye pie and cream).

I hope you are all managing to enjoy this late summer and early spring sunshine.

Take care

Love
