You can purchase Sue Chadwick’s Jewellery on this website, over the phone or by contacting Sue directly via e-mail. Where possible Sue would like to confirm your order vie e-mail or telephone before sending it out so please be sure to include these details when you make a purchase.
KEY POINTS TO REMEMBER WHEN BUYING JEWELLERY
Rings – Based on UK wedding-band standards, rings are sized from A to Z. The best way to judge your own size is by getting the appropriate finger measured in a jeweller’s shop. If you are purchasing for someone else, then please contact Sue and together you will be able to work out the right size for you or your loved one.
Pendants - you may wish to consider alternative neckwires to the options shown in the photograph, namely, the type, length and gauge of the neckwire or chain, to see alternatives and to view gift boxes please look under Accessories. You will be able to request these in the “any comments” box by adding your alternative selection or by ticking the “ask me to telephone or email you” box - but if you are in any doubt please do call or email Sue to discuss the options and clarify any of these details.
GIFTS
If you are purchasing a gift and would like it sent direct from Sue Chadwick to the lucky recipient with a message card, then please write your message in the “any comments” box and Sue will include the message card with the gift. Each item will be arranged in acid free tissue paper, and placed in a handmade paper box.
DELIVERY
UK Post - Post within the UK is Special Delivery – this is insured, with tracking and promises overnight delivery.
£4.50 will be the total cost for up to 3 items in one parcel. If you purchase 4 or more items, in one parcel, the total postage will be £6.00. Please note that from the 17th of December this postal service will take 2 days. Also note that the parcel will require a signature upon delivery. If you would prefer alternative postage/delivery methods then please do contact Sue.
International Post - Please email Sue and she will find the best postal/delivery methods to suit your delivery date and budget. For example:
Parcels to the US - Using Airsure, 5 - 7 days delivery, £9.00. It is an insured, postal service with parcel tracking facility.
RETURNS
If you would like to return a piece of jewellery, unworn and in good condition, within 28 days of purchase, then please email or phone Sue before posting.
