How long will it take to receive my order?

If the item you have ordered is in stock, it could be with you within the week, however, it can take up to a maximum of two weeks  if it is not currently in stock.

Can I view the jewellery in person?

Please contact Sue directly to arrange a visit to her showroom or keep checking the News section of the website to see where she will be be exhibiting throughout the year.

What is Sterling Silver?

Pure silver is too soft to be worn on a daily basis so alloys are added to strengthen it, making it 92.5% pure. The Sue Chadwick collections are solid sterling silver, hallmarked and registered in London. All neckwires, earring-backs, cufflink parts etc. are of the highest quality sterling silver.
