The golden mean spiral… Nature’s magnificent and magical mathematical spiral that is found in all plants and molluscs, in man and even beyond our planet, is the inspiration behind my Ndoro Collection.
The Ndoro is intricately tied to Zimbabwean lore. It is thought to originate from shells used by the Ancient Africans as a form of currency for trading and remains a revered symbol, representing love, beauty and continuity.
As with many cultures all over the world, this beautifully proportioned spiral has magical, mystical and mathematical powers.
In my Ndoro collection I have used the flow of molten sterling silver to embody this enigmatic beauty. I hope you will love it as much as I do!
